Please do not install bump removal plates or similar on the road.

It can be seen that "entry blocks," "steel plates," and "car steps" are installed on the road to eliminate the height difference with the road at the vehicle entry point.
Installing such items on the road can obstruct the flow of rainwater and cause road flooding. Additionally, it poses a significant danger as it may lead to accidents for pedestrians, including young children, the elderly, and those with disabilities, as well as for motorcycles and bicycles. Therefore, please do not install them.

These actions are prohibited as they violate Article 43 of the Road Act, and in the event of an accident, the installer may be held liable for damages.

(Note)
According to Article 43 of the Road Act, no one shall engage in the following acts concerning roads.
1. Improperly damaging or polluting the road.
2. Improperly piling up objects such as earth, stones, or bamboo that may interfere with the structure of the road or traffic.

If you wish to eliminate the step, you can carry out L-shaped ditch or sidewalk lowering work at your own expense through the "Road Self-Financed Construction Application" procedure based on Article 24 of the Road Act. For details regarding the scope and structure of the lowering section, please contact the Department of Urban Development at Inagi City Hall (contact information is provided below).

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can use the roads safely and comfortably.
