Guide to Using the Public Facilities Reservation System (Sports Facilities)

The Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System is currently operating both the existing system and the new system in parallel.

We are currently transitioning to a new reservation system for Public Facilities.
The reservation system you operate will change depending on the month of facility use.

How to Register as a User

To apply for the use of facilities using the Public Facilities reservation system, user registration is required in advance.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration, and the eligibility varies depending on the facility being used.

• A "person" refers to an individual who is registered as a user.
• A "group" refers to an organization that has registered as a user. Additionally, the available features may vary depending on the facility.
• In the "Availability Inquiry", you can check the available facilities.
• You can apply for the lottery in the "lottery" section.
• In the 'Reservation', you can book available facilities.

Method of Lottery and Reservation

Lottery Process

1. Only registered users and registered organizations who have completed user registration can apply for the lottery during the application period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. After the application deadline for the lottery, a drawing will be conducted by the system.
3. You can check the lottery results on the system. Additionally, for those who have registered their email addresses, the lottery results will be sent via email to the applicants (or the contact person in the case of registered organizations).
4. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline (if payment is not made, the selection will be canceled).
5. The payment of usage fees will confirm reservations for free facilities through a lottery draw.

Reservation process after the lottery period ends

1. Only registered users and registered organizations that have completed user registration can apply for reservations during the reservation acceptance period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline (if payment is not made, the reservation will be canceled).
3. Paid facilities are confirmed by the payment of usage fees, while free facilities are confirmed by making a reservation request.

Reservation Acceptance Period

From 9 AM on the 1st of the month two months prior to the usage month until five days before the usage date.
(Reservations can only be made at the Comprehensive Gymnasium counter from four days before the usage date until 5 PM the day before the usage date. However, please note that reservations cannot be made if it falls on a day when the Comprehensive Gymnasium is closed.)

Payment Deadline for Usage Fees

The lottery result publication date or the first-come reservation application date is until 3 days later.
(Please note that if you choose to pay in cash at the time of reservation, payment cannot be made on the Comprehensive Gymnasium's closed days.)
Note: If you make a reservation at the Comprehensive Gymnasium counter, you will pay the usage fee on the spot.

About Payment

Paid facilities require payment of usage fees. Usage fees are accepted at Inagi Central Park Comprehensive Gymnasium from 9 AM to 9 PM (excluding closed days).
Note: The usage fee for Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field should be paid at the facility's counter.
Please pay the usage fee by three days after the announcement of the lottery results or the date of reservation application. If you choose to pay in cash at the time of reservation, please note that payment cannot be made on closed days. Also, if payment is not made within the deadline, it will be automatically canceled, so please be aware.
When paying the usage fee at the counter, please present the group registration certificate or individual registration certificate of the person who made the reservation. For payment, in the case of group registration, it can be made by members of the group who are high school students or older (generally 16 years or older), and in the case of individual registration, it is generally the individual themselves, but a proxy authorized by the reserver can also make the payment with the presentation of a power of attorney and identification documents.
