As of June 1, 2023 (Thursday), the equipment for "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" has been updated.
Due to the equipment replacement, the connection method for "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" has changed, so please refer to this page or the posters displayed at the Public Facilities where "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" is available.

What is Inagi Free Wi-Fi?

This is a convenient public Wi-Fi service that allows anyone to use the internet for free, aimed at improving the quality of life for residents and enhancing the convenience for visitors to the city.
Note: This service utilizes the internet connection service provided by Tama Television Co., Ltd.

Connection Method

"Inagi Free Wi-Fi" can be connected in the following two ways.

1. Select the SSID (Inagi_Free_Wi-Fi_1 or Inagi_Free_Wi-Fi_2) and enter the password (posted at the relevant Public Facilities).
2. Scan the QR code (posted at the relevant public facilities).

• Note: The SSID selection screen and the method for reading the QR code may vary depending on your device.
• Note: The connection app and the registered ID and password that were previously used to connect to "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" are no longer needed.

Important Notes for Use

Notes

• There may be times when the facilities are unavailable due to maintenance and other reasons. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
• There is a limit to the number of connections, so please cooperate by sharing and disconnecting from "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" when not in use, such as by turning off the connection.

About Security Measures

• "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" uses wireless encryption, but since a password is shared among an unspecified number of users, there is a possibility that malicious third parties could decrypt the communication. Please be very careful when exchanging important information such as personal information (name, address, ID, password, credit card number, etc.).
• "Inagi Free Wi-Fi" has the ability to block harmful sites, but it cannot block all harmful sites.

When using this service, please confirm the above "Notes" and "Security Measures" and use this service at your own risk.
In the unlikely event that you incur damages or disputes with third parties due to the use of this service, Inagi City and Tama Television Co., Ltd. will not be held responsible, so please be aware of this in advance.

About the Lending of Wi-Fi Routers at Public Facilities
