Fiscal Year 2024 Inagi Free Wi-Fi Environment Improvement Promotion Project Subsidy

Would you like to join Inagi Free Wi-Fi?

The city has introduced Inagi Free Wi-Fi to promote tourism, improve the quality of life for residents, and enhance convenience for visitors. As the implementation progresses in public facilities, stores, and other locations, it is expected that we will work together with business operators to showcase the city's attractions and further encourage visitors to explore the area.
Therefore, we will provide subsidies for installation costs and other expenses to those who can cooperate with Inagi Free Wi-Fi.

Eligible Recipients

Individuals or corporations operating stores, restaurants, recreational facilities, accommodation facilities, etc. within the area of Inagi City

Subsidy Target Projects

A project to install the home router of Tama Television's internet service "TTV Wireless" at facilities within the city to participate in "Inagi Free Wi-Fi".

Eligible Expenses for Subsidies

1. Administrative fee for Tama Television: Up to 3,300 yen (including tax)
2. TTV Wireless Communication Fee (12 months) Maximum 29,760 yen (2,480 yen per month) (including tax)

First, please be sure to check the Guidelines for the Inagi Free Wi-Fi Environment Improvement Promotion Project Subsidy, and proceed with the application process according to the Application Procedure Flow.

Application Procedure Flow

1. Application for Grant
   Please contact the Tourism Division (Phone: 042-378-2111 ext. 683/684) in advance and submit the following documents.
   Before applying for the grant, you must conduct a site survey with Tama Television once.
   • Application Form (Form No. 1)
   • Estimate related to subsidized expenses
   • Tax payment certificate for the most recent Corporate Municipal Resident Tax or Individual Municipal Resident Tax of the applicant
   • Location map showing the facilities
   • Floor plan showing the planned locations for home router installation
   • Pledge (Form No. 2)
   • Consent Form (Form No. 3)
   • Other documents designated by the mayor
2. The grant decision notification will arrive in about two weeks.
3. Implementation and Completion of the Project (up to payment to the contracted Business Operators)
4. Submission of Performance Report
   Please submit the documents promptly after the payment of the initial invoice.
   • Performance Report (Form No. 8)
   • Documents that can prove payment for the initial invoice (such as a copy of the receipt)
   • Copy of the contract or copy of the application document related to the contract
   • Documents proving the installation of the home router (floor plan indicating the installation location, photos after installation, etc.)
   • Documents designated by the mayor, in addition to those listed above
5. The grant confirmation notice will arrive in about 2 weeks.
6. Please submit the invoice (Form No. 10)
7. Subsidies will be deposited
