Facility Usage Fee

The usage fees for Owens Health Plaza have been revised.

As a result of discussions with the designated administrator, the usage fees for Owens Health Plaza have been determined.
The new usage fees have been in effect since April 1.

Ticket Book (Prepaid Card Type)

You can purchase it at the front desk.
There are two types: 1,000 yen (usable for 1,100 yen) and 3,000 yen (usable for 3,300 yen).
If the balance of the ticket is low, you can also recharge.
The recharge amounts are 1,000 yen, 3,000 yen, and 5,000 yen. (The maximum balance limit is 10,000 yen)

• Note: There are both paid and free options for classrooms.
• Note: Individuals with disabilities can use the facility free of charge by presenting their Physical Disability Certificate.

About the Revision of Usage Fees

Starting from April 1, 2020, in order to achieve (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) response to the increase in consumption tax rate, we revised various usage fees and charges based on the resolution passed at the December 2019 Regular Session of the City Council.

We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.

Facility Guide

Heated Pool

• 25 meters × 6 lanes, water depth 1.1 meters flat
• The pool has a gentle sloping ramp, allowing for a slow entry into the water.
• We have a jacuzzi to refresh your tired body with bubbles, and a low-temperature warming room at 40 degrees to alleviate the chill from immersion.

Training Gym

We have training equipment such as treadmills and exercise bikes available. These devices are designed with high safety and low-impact exercise features, making them easy to use for those with low physical strength and Older Adults.

Studio

This is a space where you can enjoyably work on your health while breaking a good sweat. We will hold various exercise classes that you can easily participate in.

Changing Room

We have men's and women's changing rooms, as well as a changing room for people with disabilities (2 rooms).

Community Interaction Center

It is mainly used as the Omaru Community Center.
