Regarding the acceptance of application forms and notifications at the Branch Office, most will only be received, and the review of the contents will be handled by the respective department after the documents are sent back.

Citizen Affairs Division	Registration of residents for households consisting only of Japanese citizens, seal registration, issuance of Certificate of Residence, seal registration certificate, and family register certificate (Note: Acceptance of family register notifications is not conducted), matters related to My Number Card (excluding issuance), distribution and acceptance of applications for traffic disaster mutual aid (Chocotto Mutual Aid)
Insurance and Pension Division	Reception of notifications regarding National Health Insurance, National Pension, and Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care, collection of National Health Insurance Tax and Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care premiums, distribution of account transfer forms, and acceptance of Pay-easy account transfers.
Taxation Division	Issuance of tax certificates, payment certificates, property assessment certificates, collection of Municipal Resident Tax, Property Tax, and light vehicle tax, distribution of account transfer forms, and acceptance of Pay-easy account transfers.
Senior Welfare Division	Reception of notifications regarding Long-Term Care Insurance, collection of Long-Term Care Insurance premiums, distribution of account transfer forms, and acceptance of Pay-easy account transfers
Child Care Support Division	Child Allowance, Medical Expenses Assistance for Infants and Young Children, acceptance of notifications regarding Childcare Centers, collection of childcare fees, distribution of account transfer forms, and Pay-easy account transfer acceptance.
Children and Youth Division	Reception of notifications regarding the After-School Childcare Program, collection of After-School Childcare Program fees, distribution of account transfer forms, and acceptance of Pay-easy account transfers
Living Environment Division	Matters related to waste (distribution of diaper-specific bags, volunteer bags, waste recycling calendars, acceptance of applications for waste bag fee reductions, installation of collection boxes for foam trays, polystyrene, small electronic devices, ink cartridges, dry batteries, and milk cartons, etc.)
Academic Affairs Division	Reception of applications for enrollment, transfer, and school assistance for elementary and junior high school students, collection of school lunch fees, and distribution of direct debit forms.
Health Division	Registration and Notification for Dog Registration and Rabies Vaccination
