Maintenance and management of hazardous materials facilities
Owners, etc. of all hazardous materials facilities are obliged to maintain technical standards for their location, structure and equipment, and must always conduct inspections of hazardous materials facilities themselves.
In addition, the owners, etc. of the hazardous materials facilities shown below are obligated to perform regular inspections, create inspection records, and store them for a certain period of time . (There is no obligation to notify the fire department, but you may be asked to submit these materials.)

(Remarks) Excludes the following hazardous materials facilities
- Hazardous material facilities that have safety regulations in accordance with the provisions of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Mine Safety Act
- Hazardous materials facilities that have hazard prevention rules in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the Explosives Control Law
- A general handling place where only Class 4 hazardous materials whose multiples of the designated quantity are 30 or less and whose flash point is 40 degrees or higher are refilled into containers.
- Among transfer handling stations, those with a pipe length exceeding 15 km, those with a maximum working pressure of 0.95 MPa or more, and a pipe length of 7 km or more and 15 km or less
