Updated: January 6, 2021

In response to the explosion and fire that occurred in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto Prefecture in July 2019, a ministerial ordinance (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Ordinance No. 67 of 2019) was promulgated to partially revise the regulations on the regulation of hazardous materials.
