Rights and Duties of Citizens

Each citizen is the main agent in advancing City Administration. Therefore, there are fundamental rights and obligations as residents.
Citizens have the obligation to pay Municipal Tax and the right to participate in the city's administration. In addition to the right to vote in elections, there are also direct request rights such as the following.
Other rights recognized for citizens include requests for audits of illegal property disposal, petitions, and Submissions.
