Land readjustment project implemented by cooperatives, etc.

Among those implementing land readjustment projects, we will introduce the districts where the projects have been completed and the districts where the projects are currently being implemented by unions, the former Housing and Urban Development Corporation, etc.
A land readjustment project implemented by an association is carried out by seven or more promoters who formulate articles of incorporation and a business plan, and obtain permission from the governor to establish the association. It is a corporation whose members are all members (Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Land Readjustment Act).
Land readjustment projects carried out by individuals can be carried out by one person (one person) or jointly carried out by several people. For single-person implementation, standards and a business plan are established, and for joint implementation, regulations and a business plan are established, and then approval for implementation is obtained from the governor and the project is carried out.
A special feature of individual enforcement is the consent enforcement system.
