The land readjustment project implemented by the association is implemented after the articles of incorporation and business plan are established by seven or more promoters, and the establishment of the association is approved by the governor. It is a corporation with all members as members (Land Readjustment Law, Article 3, Paragraph 2).
Land readjustment projects carried out by individuals can be carried out by one person (ichinin) or jointly carried out by several people. In the one-person operation, the standards and business plan are established, and in the joint operation, the rules and business plan are established, and the business is carried out after obtaining approval for the implementation from the governor.
