(April 24, 2024) Agreement on the deepening and promotion of the community-based care system and community contribution utilizing the Koyodai Branch Office building of Kiraboshi Bank.

The City and Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group, Inc. (President Toshinobu Watanabe, hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group") and its subsidiary, Kiraboshi Bank, Inc. (President Toshinobu Watanabe, hereinafter referred to as "Kiraboshi Bank"), along with Earth Support, Inc. (President Noriaki Moriyama, hereinafter referred to as "Earth Support"), which has been entrusted with the operation of the "Inagi City Comprehensive Support Center Koyodai" by the City, have concluded an agreement on the deepening and promotion of a community comprehensive care system through public-private partnership utilizing the building of the Kiraboshi Bank Inagi Koyodai Branch Office and contributing to the community.
This agreement aims to further promote the deepening and advancement of the community comprehensive care system promoted by Inagi City through the operation of the center based on the collaboration and cooperation of the four parties.

History of Public-Private Partnership

After more than 10 years since the establishment of the Inagi City Community General Support Center Koyodai, the number of staff has increased due to the rise in the number of Older Adults in the area. Considering the further increase in Older Adults in the future and the limited space for community activities, we were contemplating a relocation. In August 2023, with the relocation of the Kiraboshi Bank Inagi Koyodai Branch to the Inagi Branch, the city received a proposal for the effective use of the Inagi Koyodai Branch Office, which is currently only operating as an ATM corner, and the relocation has been decided.
