Application Method

Please submit your application with all necessary documents attached. After acceptance, City Hall will contact you regarding whether the mediation will proceed.
Details of the loan and necessary documents are included in the brochure. Please be sure to check the contents in advance.

(2) Submission at the Inagi City Hall Economic Affairs Section (not accepted at Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office.)

• Note: Applications at the counter can only be made at the Economic Affairs Section counter on the 6th floor of Inagi City Hall. (Branch Offices are not available; only drop-off service is provided.)
  (Reception is available on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. Note: Applications are not accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and during holiday service days.)
• Note: The review takes about 1 to 10 days. Please be aware that the review results will not be available on the day of application.

Small Business Financing Assistance System

The Small Business Financing Assistance System is a program that facilitates loans for necessary funds for business management to small and medium-sized enterprises in the city. Depending on the purpose of the funds, you can choose from operating funds, equipment funds, emergency operating funds, or startup funds.

• Subsidy for part or all of the credit guarantee fee (if a loan is received during fiscal year 6).
• Partial Burden of Interest

The city is facilitating these processes to make it easier to borrow from financial institutions.
Note: The Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides partial subsidies for the credit guarantee fees for working capital (loan periods between 3 years and up to 7 years) for small and micro enterprises.

Common Requirements

• No arrears in Municipal Resident Tax and Corporate Municipal Resident Tax.
• It is possible to have a joint guarantor who resides in Tokyo or a neighboring prefecture, as recognized by financial institutions and credit guarantee organizations. (Note)

Note: Please check the brochure for the requirements for operating funds, equipment funds, emergency operating funds, and startup funds.

• Note: Excluding some eligible individuals.
• Note: Refinancing is not available.
• Note: If there is a transfer (relocation) outside of Inagi City, business closure, changes to the initial repayment plan (excluding lump-sum early repayment), or significant changes to the repayment details, please be aware that interest subsidies will not be provided after the date of change.
• Note: Please be aware that the reception may be suspended when the budgeted amount is reached.
