This proposal aims to introduce an integrated school management support system to all Elementary and Junior High Schools and the Inagi City Board of Education, with the goal of improving the educational environment for teachers and enhancing the quality of education through efficient school management operations.
Regarding the proposal, the period until April 24, 2023 (Monday) is designated as the preparation period, during which the proposal implementation guidelines will be published and the acceptance of intention to participate will be conducted. During the subsequent public recruitment period, the acceptance of proposals will take place, followed by the first and second screenings.

Selection Method

The Board of Education will request the submission of proposals, etc., from participants who have submitted a declaration of participation and are recognized as eligible participants.
After receiving the proposals, etc., the Business Operators Selection Committee for the introduction of the integrated school management support system for Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools will conduct the first screening (document review), and later, a second screening (presentation) will be conducted for those who pass the first screening.
After selecting the preferred negotiator through the second screening, adjustments will be made towards the conclusion of contracts, etc.
