Public Recruitment Proposal for the Basic Design and Detailed Design Work Commission Related to the Reconstruction of Inagi City Third Elementary School Building and the Construction of (Tentative Name) Inagi City Third Elementary School After-School Childcare Program
It has been over 50 years since the construction of Inagi Third Elementary School, and a comprehensive evaluation of the results of the basic survey conducted in the 4th year of Reiwa indicated that a complete rebuilding of the school building is preferable. Based on this, we will select a designer for the school building reconstruction and the After-School Childcare Program construction project through a public proposal process.
The proposal period is set as a preparatory period until July 18, 2023 (Tuesday), during which we will publicly announce the proposal recruitment guidelines and conduct the recruitment.
Details of the Proposal

Selection Method
Submit the necessary documents, including the participation declaration and pledge, by the deadline. Participants recognized as meeting the eligibility requirements will undergo the first screening conducted by the selection committee for the public proposal related to the reconstruction of Inagi City Third Elementary School and the basic and detailed design work for the (tentative name) After-School Childcare Program at Inagi City Third Elementary School.
Those who pass the first screening will submit documents for the second screening and will present and hear before the selection committee for the public proposal related to the reconstruction of Inagi City Third Elementary School and the basic and detailed design work for the (tentative name) After-School Childcare Program at Inagi City Third Elementary School.
After selecting the first priority negotiator through the second screening, adjustments will be made towards the conclusion of contracts and other agreements.

(1) Proposal Implementation Guidelines Public Release June 27, 2023 (Tuesday)
- Note 1: Before submitting the primary examination documents, you can distribute and view reference materials by submitting the "Application for Distribution and Viewing of Reference Materials and Affidavit".
- Note 2: A site visit will be conducted for prospective proposal applicants to confirm the current site conditions. Those interested should submit the "Site Visit Application Form."
Application Period
(2) Deadline for submission of first screening documents: July 18, 2023 (Tuesday) by 5:00 PM
(3) Notification of first screening results: Late July 2023
(4) Deadline for submission of second screening documents: August 14, 2023 (Monday) by 5:00 PM
(5) Second screening: August 22, 2023 (Tuesday)
(6) Notification of second screening results: Early September 2023

Proposal Selection Results (September 1, 2023)
In selecting the preferred negotiator, proposals were submitted from five parties. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of the proposals, presentations, and Q&A sessions during the first screening (document review) and second screening (presentation review), the following has been determined as the first preferred negotiator.
