Requirements for Business Start-up Financing Assistance Application

1. Small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Basic Act, or specified non-profit organizations as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Specified Non-profit Activities, which have a regular number of employees not exceeding 300 (50 for retail businesses, 100 for wholesale or service businesses) and belong to the industries designated by the credit guarantee agency, and are planning to start a business in Inagi City (individuals who establish a new business within one month or a new corporation within two months) or those who have been in business for less than one year (including those who have incorporated).
2. The representative's address has been continuously within Inagi City for more than one year.
3. No arrears in Municipal Resident Tax and Corporate Municipal Resident Tax.
4. It is possible to have a joint guarantor who resides in Tokyo or the neighboring prefectures, as recognized by financial institutions and credit guarantee organizations.
