About procedures when the owner of fixed assets moves

In the following cases, please notify the Taxation Division Land Section and Housing Section.
When the owner of the fixed asset moves out or moves (moving from outside Inagi City to outside Inagi City or moving within the city outside of Inagi City)
If the owner of a fixed asset moves, it is supposed to register a change in the name of the registered holder at the registry office (Fuchu Branch Office, Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau). However, if the registration is delayed or you do not register, please submit a "Notification of Address Change".
Note: The Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Tama Branch Office was abolished on October 31, 2014 (Friday), and the registration work that had been performed at the Tama Branch Office will be performed at the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Fuchu Branch Office from November 4, 2014 (Tuesday). It is

When the owner of fixed assets is transferred overseas
If the owner of the fixed asset has moved overseas and it is difficult to receive the tax payment notice, etc., select a relative who has an address in Japan as a tax payment agent and receive the tax payment notice, etc. Please submit the “Tax Agent Declaration Form / Tax Agent Approval Application Form”.
