About residential building certificate

It is used to receive a reduction in the registration and license tax when registering the preservation of a house.

Anyone can apply to the counter. The person who is eligible for reduction of registration and license tax is the owner of the house.

Duplicate copies of application forms and certificates for housing certification are available at the window.

Please check "Required Documents for Residential House Proof".
If you have not yet moved in at the time of application, you will also need to submit a "Moving Plan Application Form".
