Main use
It is used to receive a reduction in the registration and license tax when registering the preservation of a house.
Who can apply for a certificate
Anyone can apply to the counter. The person who is eligible for reduction of registration and license tax is the owner of the house.

If you have not yet moved in at the time of application, you will also need to submit a "Moving Plan Application Form".

The certificate issuance fee is 1,300 yen per case.
