Note 1 There are cases where the above does not apply, such as those who own properties individually and jointly.
Note 2: The owner's address, owner's name, etc. are not listed in the land register for viewing and the house register for viewing.

Possible date and time for procedures

8:30am to 5pm on business days (8:30am to 11:45am and 1pm to 5pm on holiday days)
Note: On holidays, the issuing counter is the Municipal Tax Section of the Taxation Division of the City Hall, and the only services available are the issuance of the Assessment Certificate, the Public Tax Certificate, and the Name Register. In addition, you can request by mail.

About mail request

If requesting by mail, please enclose the following four items and send them to the Taxation Division Land Section/House Section.

1 Various application forms (please obtain them from the links below)
Note: If you are a corporation, please affix the seal of the corporation's representative (circle seal) on the application form.

2 Copy of identification (please refer to the identification section of the application form)
Note: If someone other than the applicant applies, a power of attorney is required (even if it is a family member, a power of attorney is required).

3. As a commission Fixed amount postal money order ( ) (Can be purchased at the post office)
Note: Please make sure to enclose the exact amount for the number of items requested.
Note: The validity period is six months from the date of issue. For administrative reasons,
we ask that you submit a fixed amount postal money order ( ) with a remaining validity period of 10 days or more.


4 Return envelope (stamped and addressed)
Note: Please make sure that the address on the return envelope and the address of the requester on the application form are the same.
