Note 1 There are cases where the above does not apply, such as those who own properties individually and jointly.
Note 2: The owner's address, owner's name, etc. are not listed in the land register for viewing and the house register for viewing.

Note: On holidays and days when the agency is open, the Citizen Tax Section of the Taxation Section of the City Hall handles the issuance of certificates of appraisal value, certificates of public charges, and name registration books only. Alternatively, you can use postal billing.

About mail request

In the case of mail request, please enclose the following 4 items and send them to the Taxation Division Land Section and Housing Section.

1 Various application forms (please obtain from the link below)
Note If you are a corporation, please affix the seal (circle) of the representative of the corporation on the application form.

2 A copy of something that can be used to verify your identity (please refer to the identity verification section of the application form)
Note: A power of attorney is required if someone other than the applicant applies (even if the applicant is a family member, a power of attorney is required).

3. As a commission Fixed amount postal money order ( ) (Can be purchased at the post office)
Note: Please make sure to enclose the exact amount for the number of items requested.
Note: The validity period is six months from the date of issue. For administrative reasons,
we ask that you submit a fixed amount postal money order ( ) with a remaining validity period of 10 days or more.


4 Return envelope (stamped and addressed)
Note: Please make sure that the address on the return envelope and the address of the requester on the application form are the same.
