Procedures for returning Inagi City license plates by mail

If you have moved from Inagi City to another municipality, you can return your license plate by mail.
If you are unable to visit Inagi City Hall and would like to have your return processed by mail, please submit the following documents.
(1) When the taxpayer (owner) is the notifier
- Light Vehicle Tax (Category Tax) Disposal Declaration and License Plate Return Form (can be downloaded from the file at the bottom of the page)
Note: If you have any questions about how to fill out the form, please contact the Inagi City Hall Taxation Division, Municipal Tax Section at the address listed below.
- License plate
- A copy of your identification document (please make sure your name, date of birth, and current address are visible)
- A return envelope (only one with the return address written on it and a stamp affixed)
(2) When the person filing the notification is different from the tax payer (owner)
- (1) Four points
- Power of attorney (You can download it from the file at the bottom of the page, but there is no format requirement.)
Note: A power of attorney is required even if the application is made by a relative who is registered as living in the same household.
