For those who only need to submit their tax return (completely filled out, with no need for content confirmation or questions), a drop-off box for final tax returns will be set up at the Taxation Division on the first floor of City Hall (Window 6), so please make sure to put the tax return in an envelope without affixing a stamp and drop it in the box.

(Notes)

  1. When submitting (posting) the final tax return, we do not provide consultations or content verification. If you have any inquiries, please consult directly with the Hino Tax Office.
  2. Returned tax returns that have been submitted cannot be returned.
  3. The tax office's receipt stamp will not be affixed to the copy of the declaration. Please submit only the portion to be filed.
  4. City Hall does not affix a receipt stamp.

From February 17, 2025 (Monday) to March 17, 2025 (Monday)
Note: Only weekdays excluding holiday opening days

Time

From 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Note: On the final day, March 17, until 3:30 PM
