Starting from April 1, 2024, it will be possible to omit the seal on invoices, delivery notes, and payment account transfer request forms submitted to Inagi City.

Documents related to payments for which a seal can be omitted

  • Invoice
  • Delivery Note
  • Payment Account Transfer Request Form

Note: You can still submit documents with a seal as before.

Effective Date

This applies to submissions made on or after April 1, 2024.
(For claims dated before March 31, 2024, a seal is required.)

Points to Note

  • If a seal is required on invoices and other documents based on laws and regulations, the omission of the seal is not permitted.
  • When making a request for delegation or receipt delegation, the stamping of invoices and other documents cannot be omitted (except in the case of signatures).
  • To verify the authenticity of the invoice, we may conduct identity verification at the time of submission and confirm the details of the invoice by phone.
  • For cases where there are no alternative methods other than a seal for identity verification and ensuring authenticity, or where omitting the seal would increase the burden on citizens, we may continue to require a seal in the future.
