Additionally, invoices can be submitted in any format as long as the required information is complete.

Note: As of April 1, 2024, it has become possible to omit seals on payment account transfer request forms and invoices.

• Note: However, for the Sewerage Operations accounting and hospital operations accounting, it is necessary to receive a qualified invoice from business operators who are subject to consumption tax.
