Family register certificate

From March 1, 2020, you can request a copy of your family register from another municipality. (Wide area grant)
When making a claim for wide-area delivery, the items required for the claim are different.

This page mainly provides information about issuing family registration certificates whose permanent address is Inagi City.

Note: Only the Citizens Division on the 1st floor of City Hall is open on holidays.

Note: If your permanent address is not in Inagi City, copies of your family register and identification documents cannot be issued at Inagi City Hall . Note: The identification code for providing an electronic family register certificate and the identification code for providing an electronic certificate of removal from the register are (1) when requested at the same time as a family register certificate or removal certificate with the same content, (2) when requested via Mynaportal. , it will be free.

What you need to make a claim

Note: In the case of wide-area issuance , the identity verification document must be an ID card with a photo issued by a government office.

  • Fees (see above)
  • Power of attorney (if a representative comes to the agency) (download application form and go to the "About power of attorney" page)
  • Explanatory materials that can confirm the legitimate reason for the request (if required for a third-party request)
  • Original document confirming the authority of a legal representative such as an adult guardian (Registration certificates, etc. created by public offices must be issued within 3 months of creation.)
