Due to the impact of soaring crude oil prices and commodity prices due to the corona crisis, sales from April to June 2022 were (1) 2019 (2019), (2) 2nd year of Reiwa (3) Reiwa In 3 years, we will issue support money to businesses in the city whose sales have decreased by 20% or more compared to the same month in either (1), (2), or (3) to support management.

This support is not only for restaurants, but also for a wide range of industries.

Overview We will provide support money to city businesses that are affected by crude oil prices and soaring commodity prices and that meet all of the following requirements.
Amount of support 100,000 yen
Eligibility requirements City SMEs who meet all of the following conditions:
1.Being in business for more than 1 year in the city regardless of whether it is an individual or a corporation.
2. Affected by crude oil prices and soaring prices, and sales for any one month from April to June 2022 are (1) 2019, (2) Reiwa 2nd year, (3) Reiwa 3rd year, 20% or more decrease compared to the same month

Required documents (1) Go for it! Inagi's Business Continuity Support Fund (5th) Grant Application and Invoice (Form No. 1)
(2) Go for it! Inagi's Business Continuity Support Fund (5th) Sales Status Chart and Pledge (Form No. 2)
(3) Documents that serve as the basis for the above sales figures (both documents a and b are required)
(a) Documents that serve as the basis for the sales figures stated in (A) of the sales status table and pledge
(B) Documents that serve as the basis for the sales figures listed in (B) of the sales status table and pledge (4) Copy of the account number of the bankbook, etc. to which the support money is transferred and the part where the holder can be confirmed (5) Copy of identification document (driver's license, My number card, etc.) (6) Certificate of registered matters (for corporations)
(7) A copy of a set of tax returns for 2021 (for individuals)
(8) Documents that can confirm that there is an office in the city (*Not necessary if you can confirm with a certificate of registered information or a final tax return.)

A Yes. keep it up! Regarding Inagi's 5th Business Continuity Support Fund, those who have received support from the national government or the Tokyo Metropolitan Government are also eligible.

Q How many years are covered by the "set of final tax return documents"?

Do your best! Regarding Inagi's 5th Business Continuity Support Fund, the final tax return documents for the 3rd year of Reiwa are eligible. As a general rule, the receipt stamp of the tax office or the transmission date of the electronic declaration will be accepted. Please submit a copy of the set of documents submitted to the tax office.

Q What kind of documents do you refer to as a “set of tax return documents”?
A (1) Return contents confirmation table B for income tax and special income tax for reconstruction for 3 years of Reiwa (Table 1, 2), (2) Income tax blue return financial statements for 3 years of Reiwa (pages 1 and 2) ). Please submit a copy to the city hall. Note: If you have filed a white return and submitted the financial statement to the tax office, please submit the financial statement.

Q What does "Affected by crude oil prices and soaring commodity prices" mean?
A: It refers to the case where the cost burden for purchasing expenses and utility costs has increased due to the impact of soaring crude oil prices and commodity prices.
