[Ended] Inagi City Energy Price Rising Countermeasures Support Fund (2nd round)

To all corporations and sole proprietors in Inagi City

Affected by soaring electricity and gas rates, we will provide financial support to businesses in the city that meet the requirements listed below to support their management.

Note: Those who manage and operate stores directly managed by the head office (chain stores), those who manage and operate public facilities, and those who receive support for electricity and gas charges from the national government, Tokyo metropolitan government, and municipalities. If you have received or are scheduled to receive benefits, you will not be eligible for payment even if you meet the eligibility requirements.

Inagi City Energy Price Rising Measures Support Fund (2nd)
Overview We will support some of the electricity and gas (including LP gas) charges for city businesses affected by soaring energy prices (electricity and gas).
Amount of support 50,000 yen (finished as soon as the project budget is reached, up to one application per business operator)
Eligibility requirements City businesses that meet all of the following requirements
1. As of July 1, 2023, those who have been running a business in Inagi City for more than one year (regardless of corporation or sole proprietorship)
2. Those who have the intention to continue the business in Inagi City even after the grant of the support money
3.Those who have not delinquently paid the city tax due
4. Persons whose representatives, officers, employees, etc., do not fall under the category of organized crime group members or related parties as stipulated in Article 2 of the Inagi City Gang Exclusion Ordinance.
5. 100,000 by multiplying the total difference between electricity and gas charges for any one month from December 2022 to June 2023 and the electricity and gas charges of the year before or the same month of the previous year multiplied by 12 (1) You cannot compare with months when you are not in business. Applicants with a total difference of 100,000 yen or more after dividing the applicable electricity and gas charges by the number of facilities used

Required documents (1) Application form and invoice for grant of support funds to counter soaring energy prices (2nd round) (Form No. 1)
(2) Subsidy to counter soaring energy prices (2nd round) Eligible expense calculation sheet and written consent/pledge (Form No. 2)
(3) Documents that confirm that the usage fee listed in (2) has been paid (receipt, copy of bankbook, etc.)
■Materials for both A and B are required. (Note: We cannot accept materials that you have created yourself.)
(A) Documents that can confirm that the amount stated in A of the target expense calculation sheet has been paid (B) Documents that can confirm that the amount described in B of the target expense calculation sheet has been paid (4) Where to transfer the support money Copy of the page with the account number and name of the bankbook, etc. (5) Copy of the applicant's identification documents (driver's license, My Number card, etc.)
(6) Documents that can confirm that the business office is located in Inagi City (not required if confirmation can be made with a registration certificate or final tax return)
(7) (For corporations) Certificate of registered matters (issued within 3 months after acquisition. Copies are also acceptable)
(8) (For sole proprietorships) Copies of Table 1 and Table 2 of final tax return for 2020, and blue tax return financial statements Note 1: Not required to submit if blue tax return financial statements have not been submitted to the tax office Note 2: In principle, the receipt must have a stamp of receipt or the date of electronic filing.
   
Considerations ・For those who have received the "Ganbare! Inagi Business Continuation Support Fund" (4th) or (5th) or "Inagi City Energy Price Rising Countermeasures Support Fund" (1st), If there is no change in the contents, it is possible to omit the required documents (4) to (7).
・In addition to the above, we may ask you to submit additional documents.
・ After passing the examination, the support money will be transferred to the designated account described in the application form.
Please note that it will take about one month to make the transfer.
No notice of grant decision will be sent, so please check your passbook for receipt of the support money.

Q I do business in Inagi City, but I live outside the city. Are you eligible?
A: If the business office is located in Inagi City, it is eligible. Please apply.
Q I live in Inagi City, but I do business outside of the city. Are you eligible?
A: Not applicable. This applies to those who are doing business in Inagi City.
Q Is this support taxable?
A: Since it is subject to tax, a final tax return is required. Please contact your local tax office for details.
Q: How many years does the required document ``set of final tax return documents'' cover?
A: Tax return documents for 2020 are eligible. As a general rule, the tax office's receipt stamp or the date on which the electronic tax return was sent is required. Please submit copies of all documents submitted to the tax office.
Q: What kind of documents does “a set of final tax return documents” refer to?
A (1) Refers to the income tax and special reconstruction income tax declaration content confirmation table B (Tables 1 and 2) for 2020, (2) income tax blue return financial statement for 2020. Please submit a copy to City Hall. Note: Those who have not submitted (2) to the tax office do not need to submit it.
Q Since it is all electric, only electricity charges are calculated, but is it subject to application?
A If the total amount calculated from electricity charges alone is 100,000 yen or more and the eligibility requirements are met, you will be eligible for payment. The same applies to gas charges only.
Q: How should I calculate my electricity and gas bills if they are not separate for my home and store because I work both at home and at the store?
A The fee is the difference between the usage fee for the target month and the usage fee for the comparison month, divided by the number of facilities used (home and store). For details, please see the sample consent/pledge form (comparison of target month and year before last, number of facilities 2 (business office/home)).
Q Good luck! I have applied for the 4th round of Inagi's business continuity support funds, but is it possible to omit the documents when applying for the support funds to counter soaring energy prices?
A Good luck! Those who have received the 4th or 5th round of Inagi's business continuity support funds or the 1st round of energy price support funds may be able to omit some of the application documents. For details, please check the required documents section and notes in the information pamphlet.
Q: Is it possible to accept documents that show the amount of electricity and gas bills that I created on my computer?
A: Self-made materials cannot be accepted. Acceptable materials include receipts, payment statements, and copies of passbooks (debit history such as bank transfers).
Q: How long does it take for the support money to be deposited?
A It will take approximately one month after the documents arrive at the city hall. (Delivery may be delayed due to congestion, lack of documentation, etc.)
Q Will a grant decision notification be issued?
A No notice of issuance decision will be issued. Please check your bankbook.
