Overview of the Survey

Inagi City has over 200 condominium buildings, with approximately 10,500 units. Among these, about 2,700 units are condominiums that are over 30 years old, and it is expected that this number will more than double to around 6,200 units in 10 years.
As the increase in older condominiums is anticipated, it is important to understand the actual conditions of these condominiums and to work on measures to ensure proper management.
In our city, we conducted the Inagi City Condominium Management Improvement Plan and implemented the Inagi City Condominium Actual Condition Survey to understand the management status of condominiums and to consider measures based on this plan.
