Fiscal Year 2024 Second Round Inagi City Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Program (Application period has ended)
The application period for the 2nd round of the Inagi City Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy for fiscal year 6 has ended.

1. Application Period
From September 1, 2024 (Sunday) to September 30, 2024 (Monday)
2. Eligible Recipients
- Those who have an address in the city on the day of application
- Those without arrears in Municipal Tax
- Those who purchased a bicycle helmet that meets safety standards such as the SG mark between April 1, 2023, and the application date.
- Note: Recipients of the same subsidy granted in Fiscal Year 2023 and the first round of Fiscal Year 2024 are not eligible.
- Note: Helmets purchased before March 31, 2023, and used items are not eligible for assistance.
- Note: All ages are eligible, however, for beneficiaries under 18 years old, a Parent or Guardian must apply.
3. Grant Amount
2,000 yen
- Note: If the purchase amount is less than 2,000 yen, assistance will be provided up to that purchase amount.
- Note: One time per person only
4. Number of Support Recipients
500 people
Note: If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held, and only the winners will be contacted.
5. Target Products
New bicycle helmets that meet one of the safety standards
SG, JCF, CE (EN1078), GS, CPSC (CPSC1203), etc.
6. Application Method
Applications can be submitted online or by mail.

- Grant Decision: The grant decision is scheduled for early November. We will mail the necessary documents for the request from the city.
- Request: Please prepare the necessary documents and return them by mail.
- Grant: After reviewing the request details, we will transfer the subsidy to the designated account.

7. Billing Method
Only those who have been approved for the grant will receive the necessary documents for the claim by mail from the city.
After reviewing the claim details, the grant will be transferred to the designated account.
Note: If you do not receive documents by mail from the city, you are not eligible for the grant. Thank you for your understanding.

(1) Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Claim Form (Form No. 3-1 or 3-2)
Please fill in the information of your address, name, designated bank account for transfer, and the purchased helmet (manufacturer, model number (product name), safety certification mark, purchase amount, and subsidy claim amount).
(2) Receipt or receipt (copy allowed)
Please prepare the purchase date, manufacturer, model number (product name), purchase amount, and a document with the applicant's name for the bicycle riding helmet you purchased.
