Fire Truck Made with Paper Craft

Inagi City conducts fire and emergency services independently, without outsourcing to the Tokyo Fire Department.
With the hope of fostering familiarity with the Inagi Fire Station and contributing to the improvement of fire prevention awareness, our fire department staff has devised and created a paper craft of a fire truck (a three-dimensional model made by cutting and folding paper). The copyright for this paper craft belongs to Hiroyasu Kato from Nagoya City (hiroyasu.kato@nifty.com), and we have obtained permission for its creation through his kindness.
Additionally, we have also created an original i-bus (Inagi City circular bus). Please give it a try.

Request:

• This paper craft is intended for elementary school students and above.
• Since scissors and cutters will be used, we ask that adults provide guidance to ensure that the cars can be made safely and enjoyably.

Type of Vehicle

(1) Chemical Fire Truck

A type of fire truck that responds to hazardous material fires, such as those involving oil, by spraying foam extinguishing agents to put out the fire.

(2) Ambulance

This is a vehicle for transporting emergency patients and injured individuals to the hospital. It is dispatched to protect the lives, bodies, and property of citizens.

(3) i-Bus (Inagi City Circular Bus)

This is a bus that connects public facilities such as Inagi Station, Inagi City Hall, Inagi City Hospital, and the Comprehensive Gymnasium, and can be used as a means of transportation for the citizens.

Things to Prepare

• Thick paper or sturdy paper in A4 size
• Scissors
• Cutter
• Nori

• wet cloth

How to make

Click on the PDF file of the vehicle name to download (obtain) the template to your computer, print it on A4 thick paper or sturdy paper using a printer, and create it using scissors, a cutter, glue, etc.
