About the Revision of Usage Fees

From April 1, 2020, we have revised various usage fees and charges from the perspective of achieving (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) responding to the increase in the consumption tax rate.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.

Regarding Refunds for Bulky Waste Disposal Tickets

If you have an old bulky waste disposal ticket, you will receive a refund, so please fill out the necessary information on the "Waste Disposal Fee Refund Request Form" below, attach your "old bulky waste disposal ticket," and submit it to the Living Environment Division as soon as possible.
Please note that you will need your bank account information for the transfer and a seal (a personal seal is acceptable) when filling out the request form. Thank you for your attention.
