Reduction and Exemption System for Designated Garbage Collection Bags and Bulky Waste Disposal Tickets

From October, designated garbage collection bags will be distributed to households eligible for fee reductions. Eligible individuals should apply.
(Applications will be accepted starting from the first business day of October when the office is open on weekdays.)
Changes in size or type, such as exchanging small bags for medium bags or changing non-burnable garbage bags to burnable garbage bags, are not allowed.

Note: If you are applying at a branch office, you will need to confirm and review the exemption qualification information after October, so it will be provided to you later.

Eligible Recipients and Distribution Quantity of Designated Garbage Collection Bags

Public Assistance Recipient Households Confirmation at the Livelihood Welfare Division Up to 1 year (from October to September of the following year)
  • Burnable Garbage
    Households of up to 2 people = 120 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 120 medium bags
  • Non-burnable waste
    Households of up to 2 people = 30 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 30 medium bags
  • For plastic waste
    Households of up to 2 people = 60 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 60 medium bags
Note: In the case of applications made during the period, in principle, the number of tickets distributed will be calculated on a monthly basis starting from the month in which the application was made.

One "Inagi City Large Waste Disposal Ticket (Sticker)" will be distributed for each item of bulky waste requested for collection.

    Households of up to 2 people = 30 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 30 medium bags
  • For plastic waste
    Households of up to 2 people = 60 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 60 medium bags

Non-taxable households with individuals who have received a Physical Disability Certificate of Grade 1 or 2

Non-taxable households that have received the Love Handbook once or twice

Non-taxable households with individuals who have received a Class 1 Mental Disability Certificate

Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate or Mental Disability Certificate Up to 1 year (from October to September of the following year)
  • Burnable Garbage
    Households of up to 2 people = 120 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 120 medium bags
  • Non-burnable waste
    Households of up to 2 people = 30 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 30 medium bags
  • For plastic waste
    Households of up to 2 people = 60 small bags,
    Households of 3 or more people = 60 medium bags

Note: Designated collection bags will be distributed on-site after the examination, so please bring your own bags.
