Burnable Garbage and Non-burnable Garbage should be placed in city-designated garbage bags.

How to Use Designated Household Waste Collection Bags Effectively

Please drain the moisture from kitchen waste sufficiently before disposal.

In the "burnable waste" of Inagi City, about 40% is "kitchen waste." Approximately 70% of this "kitchen waste" is moisture, which contributes to the increase in the weight of the waste. The processing costs at the waste incineration facility are calculated based on this weight.
Reducing the moisture in the "kitchen waste" by squeezing it by hand can lead to a reduction of about 30%. Additionally, it is said that drying it in the sun for half a day can result in a further reduction of about 40%.
To reduce the use of designated bags and to lessen the burden on the waste incineration facility, please ensure that the moisture in the "kitchen waste" is sufficiently removed before disposal.
