Notification of low birth weight baby

If your baby weighs less than 2,500 grams at birth, you must report it as a low birth weight baby under Article 18 of the Maternal and Child Health Law. This is reported by submitting the birth notification slip to the city. If you were issued your Maternal and Child Health Handbook outside of Inagi City and do not have the Inagi City birth notification slip, please contact us by phone or other means.

Premature infant care medical care

This is a system in which the city covers the medical expenses necessary for the treatment of infants who are born with immature physical development and require hospitalization.
