About obstetric medical compensation system

The Obstetric Medical Compensation System pays compensation to children who suffer from severe cerebral palsy for some reason during childbirth and their families, as well as analyzes the causes and works to prevent recurrence.
Recently, the obstetric medical compensation system has been reviewed, and the "criteria for compensation" for babies born after January 2022 has been abolished. The standard was ``to be true.''
The application deadline is from the child's 1st birthday to the 5th birthday.
