Procurement Policy of Inagi City in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Procurement of Priority Goods for Persons with Disabilities

The Act on Promotion of Procurement for Persons with Disabilities has been enacted.

On April 1, 2013, the "Law on Promoting Procurement of Goods, etc. from Facilities for Persons with Disabilities by National and Local Governments" was enacted.
This law was established to promote the economic independence of persons with disabilities working in facilities for persons with disabilities or working from home, by encouraging national and local governments to prioritize purchasing from facilities for persons with disabilities when procuring goods, etc.

Due to the enforcement of the Act on Promotion of Procurement of Goods and Services by Persons with Disabilities

Local governments are required to create a policy every year to promote the procurement of goods from facilities for persons with disabilities, and to compile and publish an overview of the procurement results.
