Due to the shortage of facilities within the city that can accept children (or individuals) with severe physical and mental disabilities and those requiring medical care, as well as the overcrowding of facilities outside the city, there is a lack of options for citizens. Therefore, we will provide subsidies for building rental costs to facilities that operate day services for children (or individuals) with severe physical and mental disabilities and those requiring medical care.

Eligible Business Facilities

  • One day service facility for children with disabilities (Child Development Support and After-School Day Service)
  • One living care facility for people with disabilities

Subsidy Amount

The amount obtained by multiplying the monthly building rental fee by one half. However, the upper limit is 50,000 yen.

Subsidy Period

It is limited to five years (60 months) from the month in which the date of the grant decision falls.
