Can be used at public facilities in the city - Digital Physical Disability Certificate App

Starting from September 15, 2023, at some public facilities in the city where discounts on parking fees and facility usage fees for persons with disabilities can be received, services can be obtained by presenting the digital disability certificate app "Mirairo ID" instead of the Physical Disability Certificate.

Places where Mirairo ID can be used

The city public facilities where you can use the Mirairo ID are as follows. Please note that it cannot be used for procedures that require a copy of the Physical Disability Certificate, etc.

Usage Notes

• To receive services, registration for Mirairo ID is required in advance.
• Due to app malfunctions or communication environment issues, there may be cases where the Mirairo ID cannot be presented, so it is recommended to carry the Physical Disability Certificate as well.
• For information on places where Mirairo ID can be used at private facilities other than public facilities in the city, please refer to the Mirairo ID website.
• For inquiries about how to install and operate the app, please refer to the "Mirairo ID Help Center" on the Mirairo ID website. Please note that Inagi City Hall cannot provide answers to inquiries.
