This is a one-stop consultation service for young-onset dementia established by Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Specialized counselors respond to inquiries from the individuals themselves, their families, and related organizations (such as the Community General Support Center). We provide support and assistance for various inquiries, including medical institution visits, social security procedures, utilization of Long-Term Care Insurance services, employment support, and addressing concerns of the individuals and their families.
