Please stop by the "Dementia Cafe"
What is a "Dementia Cafe"?
Dementia cafes are places where individuals with dementia and their families can casually drop by to exchange information and share their concerns. Would you like to spend some relaxing time with others who have similar worries, such as "I'm worried about forgetfulness," "Am I the only one who forgets things like this?" "I was diagnosed with early-stage dementia, but I'm anxious," or "I want to hear other people's stories"? I believe that meeting others in a relaxed environment can be helpful in the future.
