Park use/occupation
A park is a public property that can be used freely as long as it does not interfere with the use of others according to its original purpose. (Principle of free use) In order to continue this principle, the morals and manners of everyone who uses the park are very important.
However, in order to properly manage the park, sales such as product sales, exclusive use of events such as festivals, and filming of dramas are restricted. Permission must be obtained in order to carry out this restricted act. (Permission to act)
In addition, as a general rule, it is not possible to set up structures, objects or facilities other than park facilities in the park. If it is due to public interest or other unavoidable reasons such as installation of utility poles, it can be installed with permission. (Permission for Private Use)
