preserved trees

Based on the "Inagi City Ordinance Concerning the Protection of the Natural Environment and the Restoration of Greenery", Inagi City designates valuable trees as preserved trees to conserve greenery.

Criteria for Designating Preserved Trees

  1. Trees must be healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and well-maintained. Tree height ( ) Trees that are approximately 10 meters tall and have a trunk diameter of approximately 0.5 meters (circumference of approximately 1.5 meters) at a height of 1 meter above ground, or trees that are deemed necessary by the Inagi City Nature Conservation Council due to their characteristics.
  2. Forest ( ) Regarding individual Forest ( ) The site is healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and well-maintained.

Grant of subsidy

Once a tree is designated as a preserved tree, subsidies will be provided based on the "Guidelines for Grants for Protection of the Natural Environment and Restoration of Greenery in Inagi City."
