New Community Development Study Area to Replace the Land Readjustment Project

According to the established urban plan, the Sakahama Hirao area (municipal implementation) was designated for development through the Land Readjustment Project. However, due to changes in the socio-economic situation, it has been decided to shift towards new Community Development initiatives.
Through land readjustment by the association and the introduction of the District Plan system, the Sakahama Hirao area is a district that will be considered with the goal of becoming a "living city that is friendly to water and greenery and fosters human interaction."
