In areas where old houses are densely packed, where buildings are constructed in a disorderly manner, and where roads are narrow, it can be difficult to evacuate in the event of a disaster, and emergency vehicles such as fire trucks may not be able to enter.
To address these issues, the Land Readjustment Project is a method that involves gradually acquiring land from property owners to develop public facilities such as roads and parks, as well as creating good residential land, thereby promoting safe and secure Community Development.
