Inagi City is conducting the Land Readjustment Project in four areas: around Yanokuchi Station, Inagi-Naganuma Station, Minami-Tama Station, and the Enokido area. The responsible department is the Land Readjustment Division.
Additionally, a Land Readjustment Project conducted by the association is being implemented in the Nanyama Eastern area, Inagi Kamihirao area, and Inagi Odara area. The responsible department for this is the Urban Development Division.

What kind of application is required when building a structure within the Land Readjustment Project area?

If you are constructing within the Land Readjustment Project area, you will need to submit an application under Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act and an application related to the District Plan before applying for building confirmation.
Additionally, depending on the size of the building, applications for guided floor area and development guidance may be required. The authorities in charge are different for each application.
