Overview of the District

Located in the northwest of Inagi City, at the eastern entrance of Tama New Town. Two urban planning roads (Tama 3-3-7 Inagi Fuchu Line, Tama 3-4-11 Yanokuchi Omaru Line) are planned around JR Nambu Line Minami-Tama Station, aiming for a harmonious mixed land use of residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Contribution

3.5 billion yen for land and compensation costs for urban planning road (No. 3.3.7 Inagi-Fuchu Line)

Project Progress Status

Since the fiscal year 1999, we have started relocating buildings from the area south of the station. Currently, we are working on the development of the northwestern part of the district and making progress on the project.
