Application for Land Readjustment Project

This is an application regarding the Land Readjustment Project conducted by the city (Enokido area, Yanokuchi Station surrounding area, Inagi-Naganuma Station surrounding area, Minami-Tama Station surrounding area). Please submit it to the Land Readjustment Division on the 3rd floor of Inagi City Hall.
Please note that the review of each Application Form will take approximately 1 week (for buildings other than those on the original land) or 2 weeks (for buildings on the original land).
For land readjustment conducted by the association, please contact each association office.

Starting from April 1, 2022, it will be necessary to present identification documents of the applicant at the time of application and receipt. In the case of corporations, in addition to identification documents, it will also be necessary to present documents that indicate affiliation (such as employee ID cards, business cards, etc.).

In addition, as a result, stamping on various application forms (Article 76 permit application form, temporary land exchange certificate application, etc.) is no longer required.

Notification under Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act

If you wish to carry out construction activities or occupy roads within the Land Readjustment Project area, prior permission is required.

When bringing in or removing utilities such as water and gas to the premises

1. When constructing on a provisional transfer site

• Application Form
• Copy of the confirmation application form (from page 1 to page 6) to be attached to the building confirmation application form
• Guide Map
• Site Plan [Scale 1:500 or larger]
• Floor plan of each floor [Scale 1:200 or larger]
• Elevation drawing (two or more sides) [scale 1:200 or larger]
• Cross-sectional view (two or more sides) [scale 1:200 or larger]
• Documents showing the basis for the area of the site and buildings
• Power of Attorney (when someone other than the builder applies) Note: The format is free.
• Land Use Consent Form (When the builder and landowner are different) Note: The format is flexible.

2. When constructing on existing land (please consult the Land Readjustment Division in advance)

• Application Form
• Copy of the confirmation application form (from page 1 to page 6) to be attached to the building confirmation application form
• Guide Map
• Site Plan [Scale 1:500 or larger]
• Floor plan of each floor [Scale 1:200 or larger]
• Elevation drawing (two or more sides) [scale 1:200 or larger]
• Cross-sectional view (two or more sides) [scale 1:200 or larger]
• Documents showing the basis for the area of the site and buildings
• Power of Attorney (when someone other than the builder applies) Note: The format is free.
• Letter of Guarantee (There are two types of guarantee letters: one for applicants who reside and one for those who do not reside)
• Land Use Consent Form (When the builder and landowner are different) Note: The format is flexible.

Notice

• Please submit one original and one copy. (Since one copy will not be returned, if you need a copy, please prepare it in advance.)
• A Notification is required for areas where a District Plan has been established.
• If it falls under the guidelines for residential land development in Inagi City, a separate Notification is required.
• If you are planning to build a new structure on the previous land (land before development), please consult with the Land Readjustment Division in advance, as we will discuss it individually.
• Please ensure that the contents such as land numbers listed in Article 76 applications, confirmation applications, and District Plans are expressed in the same notation.
• We request that rainwater be managed through on-site infiltration. For the standards regarding rainwater retention and infiltration facilities, please inquire at the service counter.

Provisional Land Exchange Designation Certificate

Regarding the revision of fees for provisional land designation certificates and reserved land certificates

From April 1, 2020, in order to achieve (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) response to the increase in consumption tax rate, we have revised various usage fees and charges.
Regarding applications for the Land Readjustment Project conducted by the city (Enokido area, Yanokuchi Station area, Inagi-Naganuma Station area, Minami-Tama Station area), the fee for the provisional land designation certificate and the reserved land certificate has been revised from 200 yen to 300 yen.
