We are currently accepting "eco recipes"!

As one of the ways to further raise awareness of waste reduction and to create opportunities for further efforts to reduce waste, we offer creative dishes that make effective use of the peels and cores of vegetables and fruits that are thrown away in daily cooking. , We are always looking for recipes to remake leftover dishes.
Anyone can apply, so please send us your ideas.

Application details

We are looking for recipes for dishes that are usually made at home in order to reduce garbage, and that can actually be made by citizens.

Application method

Please fill out the application form with your name, address, ingredients, how to make it, etc., attach a photo of the dish, and bring it in a sealed letter, email, or at the counter.

Pear skin kinpira

Ingredients (for 3 small bowls)

  • Pear skin ... 1 piece
  • Carrot ... 1/5
  • Bell pepper ... 1/2 piece
  • Sesame oil…appropriate amount
  • Mirin...1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce ... 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds...as you like
  • Shichimi chili pepper ... as you like

How to make

  1. Shred the ingredients.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add carrots, green peppers, and pear skins in order, and fry until tender.
  3. Add mirin and soy sauce to Step 2 and fry until the water evaporates.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and shichimi pepper to your liking and you're done!

point

  • It's even more eco-friendly if you shred carrots with the skin.
  • It is also delicious when stir-fried with chirimenjako.
