MLB Tokyo Series Public Viewing Event

We will hold a public viewing of the 'MLB Tokyo Series presented by Guggenheim'

　A public viewing of the "Chicago Cubs vs. Los Angeles Dodgers" will be held at the new Yomiuri Giants farm stadium "Giants Town Stadium" opened in the Minamiyama area of Inagi City on March 18 (Tuesday) and 19 (Wednesday) during the "MLB Tokyo Series presented by Guggenheim" held at Tokyo Dome.

　The public viewing will be broadcast on the stadium's back screen. There will also be a special commentary by Hideki Okajima, a former Yomiuri Giants player who has also played for MLB's Boston Red Sox.

　Please enjoy watching the game at the open new stadium.

【Notes】
○The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM.
○From 6:30 PM, the atmosphere of the match venue will be broadcast, along with a special commentary by Hideki Okajima.
○Opening times may change.
○Cancelled in case of rain. In case of cancellation, announcements will be made on the official websites of Tokyo Giants Town and the Yomiuri Giants.
○The in-venue shop "G×DOMDOM" is scheduled to be open from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Residents, workers, and students in Inagi City

On the day of the event, please present something that can prove you reside, study, or work in Inagi City (such as a driver's license or employee ID). You will be given a spectator ticket with an alphabetical order number written on it.

Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue on the day of the event. If the capacity is reached, information will be provided on the official X of Inagi City (Tourism) [@inagi_kanko].

Please apply from the Yomiuri Land Official Member Service "Yomi Run CLUB" (registration is free). We will send you a viewing ticket (electronic ticket) by email. If there are many applications, a lottery will be held.

About Watching and Admission

• One person can enter with one viewing ticket.

Note: Children under elementary school age can sit on an adult's lap, with a limit of one child per adult. You can apply for one accompanying person.

• There will be no issuance or distribution of viewing tickets on the day of the match for those who do not reside, work, or study in Inagi City.
• Viewing tickets for residents, workers, and students of Inagi City are paper tickets. For others, they will be electronic tickets. Please make sure to bring a smartphone or similar device that can display the viewing ticket, as the QR code will be scanned upon entry.
• The viewing tickets have an alphabetical order number written on them. Entry will be guided in the order of the numbers listed on the viewing tickets. Please gather at the sub-ground within the stadium premises by 5:45 PM.
• Those who arrive after the opening time will line up at the end of the admission queue, regardless of the order of the ticket numbers, and will be admitted in order.

Important Notes for the Venue

• As this event will be held outdoors at night, please prepare your own warm clothing and raincoats. Additionally, to avoid inconveniencing those around you, the use of umbrellas is prohibited.
• If you are watching in the grass area of the ground, we recommend bringing a leisure sheet or similar.
• Entry to the venue and waiting in the vicinity of the venue from late night to early morning is strictly prohibited.
• If you are coming by wheelchair, please contact the email address of the TOKYO GIANTS TOWN Management Company (info@tokyo-giants-town.co.jp) in advance.
• The stadium has designated smoking areas. Please use the designated smoking area located behind the light stand for smoking.
• The transfer and resale of viewing tickets are prohibited.
• This event is not subject to the professional baseball 'Game Viewing Contract Terms', but the regulations regarding prohibited items, entry refusal, prohibited actions, cheering actions, and expulsion measures will apply.
