Changes to the information on the Basic Resident Registration Card are necessary when you move or when your name changes due to marriage registration, etc. Please bring the card to the Citizen Affairs Division at City Hall, as the new information will be recorded on the back of the Basic Resident Registration Card. Changes will only be accepted if the person belonging to the same household as the cardholder brings the Basic Resident Registration Card.
