Please complete the procedures for temporary suspension or cancellation at the City Hall Citizen Affairs Division. You can also complete the procedures by phone.
In case of loss or theft, be sure to notify the police.

Please note that the issuance of the Basic Resident Registration Card has ended as of December 28, 2015, due to the start of the Individual Number System.
The My Number Card (Individual Number Card) will serve as a replacement for the Basic Resident Registration Card.
