Starting from March 1, 2024, you can obtain a copy of your family register at the window of municipalities other than your registered domicile.

You cannot obtain a copy of the family register, a family register transcript, or certificates such as identity verification outside of your registered domicile municipality. Please contact your registered domicile municipality for inquiries about mail issuance and other matters.
